Understanding Page Quota and Pages Available

Our app uses advanced AI to thoroughly review your documents, which requires higher processing resources than traditional systems. To keep this accessible and fair, each plan comes with a monthly page quota.

  • Monthly Page Quota: Each plan includes a specific number of pages that can be analysed monthly, referred to as your page quota.
  • What is a Page?: For PDF files, each individual page counts as one page. For images (e.g., JPG, PNG), each image uploaded counts as one page.
  • Page Consumption: A page is only consumed if the analysis is successful. If an error occurs during processing, it won’t count toward your quota. If the platform completes the analysis, even with potential missed details, it will count as a page consumed.
  • Pages Available: This is the remaining pages in your allowance after subtracting Pages Used from your Page Quota.
  • Exceeded Quota: If you reach your limit or a document would exceed it, processing will be unavailable until you upgrade your plan to increase your quota or you reach the next billing period.

How do page quotas work on annual plans?

On annual plans, your monthly page quota remains the same each month. At the beginning of each new month, your Pages Available resets based on your plan’s monthly allowance.

What happens if I upgrade my plan mid-billing period?

If you upgrade mid-cycle, your Page Quota and Pages Available will adjust immediately based on the new plan, and any prorated costs will be reflected in your next billing statement.

Can I carry over unused pages to the next month?

Unused pages do not roll over to the following month. Each month, your page quota resets according to your plan.

What if I exceed my page allowance?

If you reach your page limit, document processing will be temporarily unavailable until your quota renews or you upgrade your plan.
